My Background
I began my professional career as an educator. Years of working with
children and their families gives me the interpersonal edge to meet my
client's needs. After teaching for many years, I went back to Temple
University to obtain an interior design certificate. I soon began a house
staging business. As the business grew, I obtained my real estate
licence and decided to combine the two. I started to stage and sell
homes. I began with "expired" listings. These are homes that have
already been on the market and did not sell. These homes presented a
challenge, that I was happy to have the opportunity to meet. I can now
use my experience from these very difficult homes to the advantage of
my clients. Pricing, promotion and presentation are what sell houses. I
know how to use the 3 "p's" to get the job done.
Buying a home can be a very stressful process. Today, there are many
more homes on the market and the choices can be overwhelming. I am
very empathetic of my buyer's needs. I understand their desire to see
what is for sale before making their decision. I have personally moved 9
times and understand how difficult this process can be. I make sure the
experience of buying a home is as enjoyable as possible for my clients.
I let the buyers take their time and provide them with as much
information as I can to help them make an informed decision. This is
most likely the largest expense most people make. It is not a decision
